Through sound, oil, vibration, and flame —

✨ What to Expect

  • Grounding oils, sound tools, and breathwork

  • A guided fire meditation to alchemize rage, grief, and silence into strength

  • Ritual release on paper — scrawled, scribbled, written, sealed

  • Option to take your paper home to safely burn, or add the Sacred Fire Release (+$11)

🔥 Sacred Fire Release (Optional Add-On):
At the close of your session, I will personally carry your written release to the sacred fire and burn it on your behalf. This ensures your old stories are fully transmuted without you needing to hold or take them home.

Reserve your session with a $35 non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance is due in person at your appointment (Cash, Card or Zelle).

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and no-shows within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Sessions are not transferable.

  • Nope! Everything you need will be provided — from grounding sprays and oils to blankets and eye masks. Just bring yourself and wear something comfortable.

  • Each appointment is 60 minutes total, with about 20 minutes of Reiki energy healing plus breathwork, light sound, and grounding.

  • We’ll have a few minutes at the end for a quick check-in — usually just one question and one reflection so you leave feeling grounded. This is a short-form experience designed for an energetic reset rather than a deep-dive session. If you’d like more time to process or discuss what comes up, I recommend booking a full-length session through my main offerings.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Sessions are not transferable.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your session may be shortened. If you arrive 10 minutes or later, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
