This session clears your field before that happens.

Who This Is For

A grounding drop so your system can soften and receive the work.

2. Field Clearing

Releases the buildup from this year — mental static, emotional residue, energetic clutter, anything weighing you down.

3. Untangling

The core of the session.
This loosens what’s knotted up inside:

  • emotional tightness

  • mental confusion

  • looping habits

  • old attachments

  • interference between you and your truth

Untangling supports one of two outcomes:

  • your known truth finally settles in and “sets,” or

  • your real truth finally shows up.

Either way, you leave clearer than you came in.

4. Grounding + Reset

You’re anchored back into yourself — steadier, clearer, and internally regulated.

A $35 non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
Remaining balance is due in person (Cash, Card, or Zelle).

Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours forfeit the deposit.

  • Nope! Everything you need will be provided — from grounding sprays and oils to blankets and eye masks. Just bring yourself and wear something comfortable.

  • Each appointment is 60 minutes total, with about 20 minutes of Reiki energy healing plus breathwork, light sound, and grounding.

  • We’ll have a few minutes at the end for a quick check-in — usually just one question and one reflection so you leave feeling grounded. This is a short-form experience designed for an energetic reset rather than a deep-dive session. If you’d like more time to process or discuss what comes up, I recommend booking a full-length session through my main offerings.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Sessions are not transferable.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your session may be shortened. If you arrive 10 minutes or later, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

  • Anyone feeling scattered, heavy, or energetically drained heading into the new season. It’s also a beautiful opportunity to experience a session at a special pop-up price — perfect if you’ve been curious to try this work or want a reset without booking a full-length session.
