The Experience

A nervous system baptism that clears built-up stress and teaches your body how to flow again.

The Water Current is a 60-minute energy cleansing and nervous system reset designed to rinse out the static of the past few months and bring your system back to calm.

This isn’t a surface cleanse — it’s a regenerative reset.
Instead of forcing release, we use breath, flow, and vibration to show your body how to move what’s ready to leave. Emotional residue, stress, and energetic overload are carried out of the field gently but deeply.

You’ll move through grounding breathwork, intuitive Reiki, and sound therapy using a hand-hammered Himalayan singing bowl. Placed directly on the back, the bowl sends waves through the fascia — loosening compression the way ocean waves soften tight sand.
Your nervous system receives the signal: it’s safe to soften.

To deepen immersion, a meditative soundscape plays through headphones to help you fully drop in and stay undisturbed by the outside world — allowing your system to re-learn stillness in a world that rarely stops.

The space is curated for deep regulation — soft blue light, warm tea lights, gentle sound, and aromatherapeutic mists (CLEARED + RETURN). The air feels alive but calm. The body remembers what it means to flow.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and quietly reset — like stepping out of a long, warm tide.

Aftercare & Field Integration

Continue your purification with the same Field Keys used during your session:

  • $35 non-refundable deposit required at booking.

  • Remaining balance due in person (Cash, Card, or Zelle).

  • Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours forfeit the deposit.

  • Nope! Everything you need will be provided — from grounding sprays and oils to blankets and eye masks. Just bring yourself and wear something comfortable.

  • Each appointment is 60 minutes total, with about 20 minutes of Reiki energy healing plus breathwork, light sound, and grounding.

  • We’ll have a few minutes at the end for a quick check-in — usually just one question and one reflection so you leave feeling grounded. This is a short-form experience designed for an energetic reset rather than a deep-dive session. If you’d like more time to process or discuss what comes up, I recommend booking a full-length session through my main offerings.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Sessions are not transferable.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your session may be shortened. If you arrive 10 minutes or later, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
