Before We Begin

How I Work (Please Read First)

This work doesn’t require you to explain your past or tell me why you’re here. The energy already knows. I tune directly into your field and follow where I’m guided — often to places your conscious mind may not expect, but that your spirit recognizes.

If it feels supportive, I actually suggest taking a moment to speak with your spirit team beforehand — or even just with yourself. It’s a powerful way to get clear on what you truly desire, even if the session flows somewhere else entirely. You can hand it over to Spirit, or simply say: “I’m ready for whatever is most aligned.”

Whether you come in with a specific intention or just a knowing that it’s time — trust that what’s ready to shift will.

Session-Specific Preparation

You’ll find your session type below with short steps to help you prepare.

🛋 In-Person Session

  • No alcohol, recreational drugs, or plant medicine 24 hours before

  • Stay hydrated before you arrive

  • Wear comfortable clothing

  • Silence or Do Not Disturb your phone

  • Arrive with an open mind — no need to rehearse or plan anything

  • You’re welcome to bring a sacred item if it helps you ground

💻 Zoom / Virtual Session

  • Set up a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed

  • Dim the lights, light a candle, grab a cozy blanket — make it feel sacred

  • Have water nearby

  • Silence or Do Not Disturb your phone

  • Be ready to lie down or recline if possible

  • Optional: speak with your spirit team beforehand or hold a simple intention

You don’t have to meditate or “be spiritual” — just allow yourself to receive.

🌬 Remote Session

  • You do not need to be lying down during the session, but it’s helpful if you can

  • Set a reminder for your session time so you’re aware when it begins

  • Optional: create a quiet moment, light a candle, or sit with your journal

  • You may go about your day if needed — the fieldwork will still land

  • You’ll receive a PDF summary afterward with reflections + support

🧼 Universal Guidelines for All Sessions

  • Avoid alcohol, weed, or recreational substances 24 hours before

  • Hydrate well

  • Trust that your field knows what to do — there’s nothing you have to “perform”

  • If you’re anxious, that’s okay. Show up anyway. It’s all welcome here.
