How I Work (Please Read First)

You don’t need to explain your past or why you’re here — the energy already knows. I tune directly into your field and follow where I’m guided, often to places your conscious mind may not expect, but your spirit recognizes.

If it feels supportive, take a quiet moment before your session to check in with yourself (or your spirit team, if you work with them). You might simply say:
“I’m ready for whatever is most aligned.”

Whether you come in with a clear intention or just a sense that it’s time, trust that what’s ready to shift will. Session-Specific Preparation

You’ll find your session type below with short steps to help you prepare.

🛋 In-Person Session

  • Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, or plant medicine 24 hrs before

  • Stay hydrated + wear comfortable clothing

  • Silence your phone

  • Arrive with an open mind — no need to plan or rehearse

💻 Zoom / Virtual Session

  • Choose a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed

  • Dim the lights, light a candle, or grab a blanket

  • Have water nearby + silence your phone

  • Be ready to lie down or recline

  • Optional: speak your intention or connect with your spirit team

  • No need to “do” anything — just allow yourself to receive

🌬 Remote Session

  • Lying down is optional, but supportive if possible

  • Set a reminder so you’re aware when the session begins

  • Optional: create a quiet moment, light a candle, or journal

  • You can go about your day — the fieldwork will still land

  • You’ll receive a PDF summary afterward with reflections + support

  • 🍂 Pop-Up Session

    • Arrive 5–10 minutes early and take a seat in the waiting area — I’ll come get you at your start time

    • Wear comfortable clothing (you’ll be reclined and resting)

    • Phone silenced / on Do Not Disturb

    • No alcohol, recreational drugs, or plant medicine 24 hrs before

    • Hydrate well beforehand

    • This is a short-form healing session (35–40 minutes total, with ~20 minutes of Reiki). There won’t be extended talk time — integration happens at home.
