    • What is Reiki?
      Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and helps balance the body’s energy. It channels universal life force energy to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

    • How does Reiki work?
      During a session, I act as a channel for healing energy. The energy flows to where it is most needed, guided by your spirit team and higher self, addressing energetic blocks and promoting harmony.

    • What does a Reiki session feel like?
      Each person’s experience is unique. Some feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation, while others may experience emotional release, vivid imagery, or clarity.

    • Do I need to prepare for my Reiki session?
      *No extensive preparation is necessary. However, it helps to:

      • Set an intention for your session.

      • Hydrate and wear comfortable clothing.

      • Create a quiet space if it’s a virtual session.*

    • How often should I schedule Reiki sessions?
      This depends on your goals. Monthly sessions work well for maintenance, while weekly or bi-weekly sessions may support deeper healing.

    • What products and tools do you offer?
      We offer candles, sprays, and ritual kits infused with intentional energy, as well as digital tools like meditations, subliminals, and guides.

    • How do I use your ritual tools?
      Each product comes with a guide or ritual card. For example:

      • Candles: Light with intention during meditation or rituals.

      • Sprays: Use to cleanse and refresh your space or aura.

      • Anointing Oils: Use to enhance personal energy, set intentions, or anoint sacred objects.

    • Are your products beginner-friendly?
      Yes! Our tools are designed for all experience levels. Each product includes instructions to guide you through its use.

    • Can I gift sessions or products?
      Yes, gifting is encouraged! Contact us for custom gifting options or digital gift cards.

    • Do you offer customization?
      We offer limited customization on certain products. Reach out to discuss your needs.

    • What happens if I’m late to my session?
      A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, the session may be canceled, and the payment forfeited.

    • What is your cancellation policy?
      All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance, your deposit will not be refunded but can be applied to a rescheduled session within 30 days. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment or miss your session, your deposit will be forfeited.

    • Can I request specific issues to focus on during my session?
      You don’t need to! Reiki energy will naturally flow where it’s most needed, guided by your spirit team and higher self. However, you can mention areas of concern if you’d like.

    • How do I prepare my space for a virtual session?
      Choose a quiet, comfortable area free from distractions. You may want to light a candle, play soft music, or have a favorite crystal nearby to enhance the experience.

    • What is the difference between in-person and virtual sessions?
      Both sessions are equally effective. In-person sessions include hands-on energy healing (if requested), while virtual sessions use distance healing techniques guided by intention and universal energy.

Policies

    • Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after purchase.

    • Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the order has shipped.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

    • All sales are final, and all payments are non-refundable.

    • Refunds are only available for damaged items. Customers must provide photo proof within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

    • Digital products (meditations, guides, subliminals, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

    • Chargebacks & Disputes: Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed, and customers agree to these policies at checkout.

    • All payments are non-refundable.

    • If you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance, your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled session within 30 days.

    • If you cancel less than 12 hours before the appointment or miss your session, your deposit will be forfeited

    • Reschedules are allowed only if requested at least 12 hours before the appointment.

    • Clients have 30 days to reschedule their session before forfeiting their deposit.

    • Please arrive on time for your session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session time will be shortened accordingly.

    • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and forfeited with no refund or reschedule.

    • If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • IteWe accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.

    • Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    • If your package is missing, please file a claim with the carrier.
