I’ve been caught in trauma bonds, chasing love that mirrored the pain I hadn’t yet healed.

There was always a spark in me — I just couldn’t find the path to keep it lit. No one was guiding me through the kind of healing I actually needed: soul-deep, nervous-system-safe, energetically unbinding healing.
