After Your Session
🌒 After Your Session
Integration is part of the healing.
Once the fieldwork is complete, the work doesn’t stop — it settles. What happens in session creates a ripple through your system. The integration period is just as important as the session itself. Give yourself the space to receive it.
Below are simple ways to support your body, energy, and nervous system in the hours and days that follow.
🧘🏽♀️ 1. Give Yourself Time to Land
Take a few quiet minutes right after your session to breathe
Avoid jumping straight into stimulation (emails, errands, calls) if possible
If emotions or sensations rise, trust they are part of the release
💦 2. Drink Water
Hydration helps move energetic debris through and out of the system
Consider adding lemon, sea salt, or herbs if your body craves extra support
📓 3. Journal or Reflect
Write down anything that stood out
Notice what’s shifting: thoughts, physical sensations, dreams, desires
Prompts (if needed):
“Something I let go of today…”
“Something that surprised me…”
“What feels possible now…”
🛁 4. Tend to Your Body
Take a salt bath, go for a walk, or lay down for a few minutes
Your system may crave stillness or movement — listen and honor it
Light stretching, breathwork, or gentle self-touch (like massaging your arms) can help re-anchor your awareness into the body
🌀 5. Don’t Overanalyze
You may not fully “understand” what happened — that’s okay
You don’t need to assign meaning to every sensation or visual
Let your system do the work behind the scenes
✨ If You Feel Off or Overwhelmed
This is sometimes part of the process — your field is reorganizing.
Ground yourself: walk barefoot, hold a stone, breathe into your belly
Drink something warm and nourishing

Remember: Integration isn’t always dramatic. Often, it’s quiet, steady, and sacred.
