Integration is part of the healing.

Once the fieldwork is complete, the energy continues to settle. What happens in session creates ripples through your system — the integration period is just as important as the session itself. Give yourself space to receive it.

🧘🏽‍♀️ 1. Give Yourself Time to Land

  • Take a few quiet minutes to breathe right after your session

  • Avoid jumping into emails, errands, or calls if possible

  • If emotions or sensations rise, trust they are part of the release

💦 2. Hydrate Well

  • Drink plenty of water to support energetic clearing

  • Add lemon, sea salt, or herbs if your body craves extra support

📓 3. Journal or Reflect

  • Write down what stood out, or notice shifts in body, mind, or dreams

  • Prompts if you’d like:
    “Something I let go of today…”
    “Something that surprised me…”
    “What feels possible now…”

🛁 4. Tend to Your Body

  • Take a salt bath, gentle walk, or short rest

  • Light stretching, breathwork, or simple self-massage can help re-anchor you into your body

  • Follow what your system craves — stillness or movement

🌀 5. Let Go of Overanalyzing

  • You don’t need to assign meaning to every sensation or visual

  • Trust your system to integrate what’s needed behind the scenes

✨ If You Feel Off or Overwhelmed

This is sometimes part of the process — your field is reorganizing.

  • Ground yourself: walk barefoot, hold a stone, or breathe into your belly

  • Drink something warm and nourishing

  • Revisit your journal or the Healing Tools Library for extra support

🌿 Remember: integration isn’t always dramatic. Often, it’s quiet, steady, and sacred.
