One hand on belly, one hand at ankles.
Hold 20–30 seconds.
Warm Shower Reset
Let warm water hit upper back.
Slow exhale until chest opens.
Sip of Warm Water
Helps bring the field downward.
Salt Foot Soak (10 min)

Heart-Drop Technique
One hand on chest, one on lower ribs.

long drives immediately after session
intense workouts
overstimulation (shopping malls, loud places)
