“Inhale through the nose → exhale through the soles.”

Repeat 3–5 rounds.

Ankle + Belly Hold

One hand on belly, one hand at ankles.

Hold 20–30 seconds.

Warm Shower Reset

Let warm water hit upper back.

Slow exhale until chest opens.

Sip of Warm Water

Helps bring the field downward.

Salt Foot Soak (10 min)

Perfect for overstimulation.

Heart-Drop Technique

One hand on chest, one on lower ribs.

Exhale until chest softens.

Both palms on lower abdomen.

Say internally:

These activities pull your system upward and interrupt integration:

  • meditation or shadow work

  • alcohol

  • emotionally heavy conversations

  • emotional caretaking for others

  • large crowds

  • scrolling heavy content

  • cold exposure

  • long drives immediately after session

  • intense workouts

  • overstimulation (shopping malls, loud places)

Your system needs calm, warmth, and slowness.

You may experience:

  • sadness

  • irritability

  • tenderness

  • anger

  • remembering something old

  • a wave of emotion that passes quickly

This is the nervous system moving debris that was previously stuck.
