These are mini but mighty energy healing sessions — designed to support your nervous system, clear your field, and help you reconnect without the weight of a full deep-dive.

They’re perfect for trying energy work for the first time or maintaining your field between deeper sessions.

These offerings do not include post-session talk time. Instead, you’ll receive a Field Integration Packet (printed or digital), which includes journaling prompts, a grounding ritual, and supportive guidance to help you integrate the work.

A distant healing sent directly to your field — no Zoom, no call, no camera.
The energy will be transmitted to you at your scheduled time.

This is a quiet, behind-the-scenes clearing designed to help you release energetic weight and restore balance — without needing to be “on.”
