You are welcome to complete as much or as little as feels natural.

You can:

• quickly check off the product(s) you used and leave a short note, or

• share more detailed observations when you feel inspired.

You may submit entries daily, every few days, or all at once — whatever feels easiest for you.

Testing Container

This testing period is designed to run for 7 days.

A brief daily reflection is ideal, but simple check-ins are perfect too. The goal is to notice your natural experience over time.

If you begin running low on any product, just let me know — I’m happy to provide more.

Subtle experiences are just as valuable as strong ones. There is no expectation to feel anything dramatic.

A Few Helpful Notes

• You do not need to use every product every day.
• Honest feedback is more helpful than positive feedback.
• Delayed observations (hours or days later) are welcome.
• There are no wrong experiences.
