Every session begins with intention.
Before we meet, I prepare myself, my space, and the container we’ll step into together so I can be as present, clear, and receptive as possible.
My role is to create the strongest container I can. What unfolds from there belongs to both of us.

Every person integrates differently.
You may feel lighter, calmer, clearer, emotional, deeply rested, energized, or simply different.
Some people notice changes immediately. Others experience shifts unfolding over days or weeks.
Whenever possible, give yourself time after your session to integrate. Avoid scheduling yourself so tightly that you have to rush immediately back into the demands of everyday life.

Some people benefit from a single session. Others choose a series of sessions during a particular season of life.
If you’re navigating something more layered or looking for deeper change, multiple sessions spaced intentionally often create more momentum than isolated appointments.
Many people also choose to support the process between sessions with ritual tools and intentional practices.
