These sessions are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, or a replacement for licensed healthcare services.
No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
By booking a session, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your own decisions, wellbeing, participation, and integration process.
-
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
Remote sessions purchased through Etsy are completed within the selected energetic window unless otherwise discussed.
All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-
All sessions are non-refundable.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling requests.
With appropriate notice, one reschedule may be permitted based on availability and practitioner discretion.
Late cancellations, missed sessions, or failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
-
Please arrive on time for your session.
Late arrival may shorten the available session and integration time in order to respect other scheduled appointments.
-
Remote sessions do not require a live appointment.
Sessions are completed independently within the selected energetic window.
Because these sessions are intentionally flexible, exact start times are not guaranteed.
If you are looking for a highly specific appointment time or live interaction, a Zoom session is likely the better fit.
-
For Zoom sessions, please ensure:
stable internet connection
Zoom downloaded and updated beforehand
a quiet/private space when possible
minimal interruptions during the session container
Sessions will not be extended for technical issues occurring on the client side.
-
Every session is different.
Some people experience:
deep relaxation
emotional release
energetic sensitivity
increased clarity
vivid dreams
nervous system shifts
physical sensations
emotional processing
or subtle changes unfolding gradually over time
Some people notice shifts immediately.
Others notice changes more gradually. The work is adaptive and responds differently from person to person.
-
Transformation and integration are often ongoing processes.
After a session, it may be helpful to:
hydrate well
rest if needed
avoid overstimulation
spend time grounding
journal or reflect
allow emotional space if things arise
and give the nervous system time to settle
If possible, avoid scheduling sessions during extremely high-stress moments where you cannot allow any space for integration afterward.
-
This work tends to resonate most with people who are:
open to change
participatory
emotionally honest
self-aware
willing to observe patterns rather than avoid them
interested in deeper transformation rather than temporary soothing
open to internal and external reorganization over time
This work is less about forcing specific outcomes and more about supporting greater coherence, regulation, embodiment, and alignment over time.
You do not need to be deeply spiritual to receive this work.
Openness matters more than belief. -
This work may not be the right fit for people who are:
looking for guaranteed outcomes
seeking someone to force specific manifestations or relationship results
unwilling to participate in their own process
deeply resistant to change or internal reorganization
looking only for temporary soothing without deeper self-observation
unwilling to examine repeating patterns, attachments, or contradictions
Transformation can sometimes involve:
emotional processing
grief
nervous system shifts
changing patterns
identity shifts
relational changes
or periods of internal reorganization
This work is not designed to force outcomes or maintain unhealthy attachments at all costs.
If you are currently experiencing severe mental health instability or require psychiatric or clinical support, I am likely not the right practitioner for you at this time.
This work is not a replacement for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or crisis support.
-
Sessions may be declined, postponed, or discontinued if deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or outside the scope of practice.
If this occurs before the session begins, payment may be refunded at practitioner discretion.
-
Sessions are conducted respectfully and confidentially.
Personal identifying information and private session details will not be publicly shared without explicit permission.
General themes, patterns, energetic observations, or educational insights may occasionally be discussed in teachings, writings, social media content, or practitioner reflections in a fully anonymized and non-identifying way.
Any recording, photography, or public sharing involving a client will only occur with explicit prior consent.
Recording sessions without permission is prohibited.
-
Do I need to believe in energy work for this to work?
No. Openness matters more than belief.
What should I do during a remote session?
Ideally, it is best if you can give yourself space to fully relax and receive the session without multitasking.
You do not need to do anything special. Most people simply:
rest
listen to music
journal
meditate
lay down
relax quietly
or move through their evening more intentionally and gently
That said, remote sessions are intentionally flexible. If needed, you may still go about your day more calmly while the session is being completed.
If possible, try to avoid highly stressful environments, emotional conflict, or overstimulation immediately afterward so the system has space to settle and integrate.
Will I definitely experience something dramatic?
Not necessarily.
Some people experience immediate shifts.
Others notice subtle changes over time.Every person and every session is different.
What does a session actually feel like?
Most sessions are much calmer and more grounded than people expect.
No, the room is probably not going to shake π
And hopefully the lights stay on.For in-person sessions, the environment is intentionally calming and supportive:
massage table
blankets
heated eye mask
aromatics
sound
grounding atmosphere
and a quiet space to settle the nervous system
The actual energy work itself is generally gentle.
Some people feel:
warmth
tingling
emotional release
heaviness lifting
physical sensations
imagery
deep relaxation
or subtle energetic movement
Some people feel almost nothing during the session and notice shifts later.
Others fall asleep entirely.
Every session and every nervous system responds differently.
How often should I book sessions?
This depends on your goals.
Some people book sessions occasionally for support, maintenance, grounding, or recalibration.
If you are actively moving through a deeper period of transformation or trying to create more significant internal change, more consistent sessions are often more supportive than spacing sessions far apart.
In many cases, 2β3 sessions over the course of a few weeks can help create stronger movement, momentum, and stabilization than only booking once monthly.
Some people choose to combine session types depending on their needs and budget. For example:
one in-person or Zoom session
followed by one or two remote sessions for continued support
After that, sessions can often become more maintenance-based or adjusted depending on where you are in the process.
Every person is different.
Can I ask questions after the session?
Zoom and in-person sessions include integration/discussion time.
Remote sessions are intentionally simplified and do not include extended live support.
Is this safe to combine with therapy or other healing modalities?
In many cases, yes.
This work is intended as complementary support, not a replacement for professional medical or mental health care.
What if I feel emotional afterward?
Emotional processing can sometimes happen after sessions.
This does not automatically mean something is βwrong.β
Give yourself space, hydration, grounding, nervous system support, and rest whenever possible.
