What to Expect

If you’ve never experienced energy work before, it’s completely normal to wonder what a session will be like.

The truth is, most sessions are much gentler than people expect.

You’ll simply get comfortable, relax, and allow yourself to receive. There’s nothing you need to force or figure out. Your only job is to show up.

Some people feel deeply relaxed. Others notice warmth, tingling, lightness, emotional release, vivid imagery, or simply a sense that something shifted. Some notice very little during the session and recognize the changes in the hours or days that follow.

I’ve also seen people experience several of those things at once, while others experience almost none of them. Both are completely normal. The intensity of your experience isn’t a measure of how much work is taking place.

After your session, I recommend drinking water, giving yourself a little extra space if you can, and simply noticing what unfolds over the next few days. You’ll also receive an aftercare guide with additional suggestions.

If you’re feeling nervous, that’s okay. Most people are before their first session.
