what to expect
Energy work looks different for everyone and that's completely normal. Some people feel deeply relaxed. Some notice subtle shifts in their body, a release of tension, a sense of lightness, a breath they didn't realize they'd been holding. Some travel to places that surprise them. Some feel very little in the moment and notice the shift hours or days later.
None of those experiences are more valid than another. You don't need to feel something dramatic for the work to be doing something real. Your only job is to show up and allow. Everything else is handled.
If you're nervous, that's okay. Most people are the first time. Come anyway.
HOW I WORK
You don't need to explain your past or why you're here. The energy already knows. I tune directly into your field and follow where I'm guided, often to places your conscious mind may not expect, but your spirit recognizes immediately.
Whether you come in with a clear intention or just a sense that it's time, trust that what's ready to shift will. If it feels supportive, take a quiet moment before your session and simply let yourself arrive. That's enough.
IN-PERSON SESSION
Arrive a few minutes early and give yourself a moment to settle before we begin.
Wear something comfortable since you'll be reclined and resting for most of the session.
Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, or plant medicine for 24 hours before your session.
Stay hydrated and silence your phone before you walk in.
No need to plan what you're going to say or rehearse anything. Just show up.
ZOOM SESSION
Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed for the full hour.
Dim the lights if you can, have water nearby, and set yourself up somewhere you can lie down or fully recline.
Silence your phone and close anything on your screen that might pull your attention.
You don't need to do anything during the session. Just allow yourself to receive.

AFTER YOUR SESSION
Once your session ends you'll receive your aftercare guide by email. It covers what you might notice in the hours and days that follow, how to support yourself through the integration process, and what to do if something comes up. Give yourself some space after your session if you can, and let the work settle.
