After your session

Your session may be over, but your system is still integrating what it received. If you can, give yourself a little extra space and allow the process to unfold naturally.

Hydrate

Drink plenty of water over the next day or two. It’s one of the simplest and most supportive things you can do.

Listen to Your Body

Some people feel like resting. Others feel like taking a walk or moving gently. Follow what your body is asking for.

Notice What Comes Up

Pay attention to anything you notice in the hours and days that follow. If you’d like, jot down a few notes—you may notice patterns over time.

A Note on Integration

Everyone integrates differently.

Many people simply feel relaxed or notice subtle shifts over the next few days. Others may feel more emotional, more tired than usual, or simply feel the need for extra rest as their system settles. Occasionally, people experience more noticeable physical or emotional responses as their system continues integrating.

If that happens, try not to panic or assume something is wrong. Slow down if you’re able, stay hydrated, and give your body the time and space it needs to settle. If you have questions about your experience afterward, you’re always welcome to reach out.
